桃園市政府衛生局X中壢天晟醫院X國立中央大學聯合服務中大師生(非校內學生也可以接種)

The Taoyuan City Department of Public Health and Ten-Chen General Hospital are currently offering free-of-charge Mpox vaccines. If you are a Taiwanese citizen or an ARC holder, please review the following recommendations and proceed to make an appointment.

只要近 1 年自覺有風險性行為者(例如：多重性伴侶、性交易服務者、於營業場所發生性行為者等等)；過去曾罹患性病；或性接觸對象有前述任一情形者，都可以來打猴痘疫苗唷~

Mpox vaccination is now recommended for the following individuals:

(I) Those who may have engaged in risky sexual behaviors within the past year, such as having multiple partners, participating in transactional sex, or having sex in commercial venues.

(II) Those who have previously contracted any sexually transmitted infections.

(III) Those who have sexual partners with any of the aforementioned risks.

接種方式：18歲以上接種對象優先以「皮內」方式接種；未滿18歲族群、或具蟹足腫病史者、或嚴重免疫不全者，均不適用皮內接種，應採皮下接種方式。接種2劑猴痘疫苗，2劑間隔至少達4週(28天)以上。Recommendation for Mpox vaccine dosage:

(I) Individuals aged 18 and above without any contraindications*, will be provided with two doses of intradermal (ID) Mpox vaccination, 0.1 mL per dose, administered four weeks apart.

(II) For those who cannot receive the ID vaccination, two doses of subcutaneous (SC) Mpox vaccination, 0.5 mL per dose, administered four weeks apart, will be provided.

*Contraindication of ID dosing includes individuals who were under 18 years of age and those with a history of keloids or severe immunodeficiency.

★疫苗施打時間：09/26 ( 二 ) 09:00~13:00（ 最晚報到時間為12:30 ）

☆Time : 26th September (Tue.) 09:00-13:00 (The final check-in time is 12:30)

★疫苗施打地點：國立中央大學(教研大樓A棟1樓展示室)

☆Location : National Central University(Teaching and Research Building first floor)

★當天請務必攜帶健保卡，接種第2劑者請攜帶小黃卡

☆Please be sure to bring your health insurance IC card and vaccination record card (if you are receiving the 2nd dose).

★本場次免掛號費，若於中央大學校區內停車需自行負擔停車費

☆There is no need to pay, but parking in the university is not free.
