Occupational Physician Service

In accordance with Articles 10 and 11 of the Labor Health Protection Rules, we are pleased to provide on-site physician services. The service details are as follows:

Service Scope

  • Personal Health Consultation: Individual health counseling and management/guidance for abnormal health examination results.
  • Risk Management: Prevention of musculoskeletal disorders, maternal protection, prevention of diseases triggered by overwork, and prevention of workplace harassment or violence.
  • Maternal Care: Visits and consultations for employees who are pregnant, postpartum, or breastfeeding (within one year after childbirth).
  • Workplace Safety: Workplace health hazard assessments, job fitness-for-duty evaluations, and prevention/consultation for work-related diseases.
  • Occupational Health: Diagnosis of occupational injuries and diseases.
  • Lab Safety: Environmental assessment visits for various laboratory facilities.

Schedule & Medical Staff

  • Frequency: Twice a month, 3 hours per session.
  • Provider: Occupational medicine physicians from Landseed International Hospital.
  • Attending Physicians: 1. Director Sheng-Ping Chen 2. Dr. Yin-Tung Lo
  • Consultation Duration: Approximately 15–30 minutes per session. All faculty, staff, and students are welcome to utilize this service.

  2. Preparation: Please bring your health examination reports from the past year so the physician can better understand your health status.
