Instructions for Borrowing Medical & Epidemic Prevention Equipment Borrowing
Please follow the guidelines below for the borrowing of medical equipment.
Medical Equipment Borrowing:
- Eligible Borrowers: Faculty, staff, students, and their family members. (Family members must present the faculty/staff/student ID for verification.)
- Borrowing and Return Times: Borrowing and returning must be done during office hours.
- Borrowing Procedures:
- Student Organizations: Bring the approved activity form to Health Center, fill out the borrower logbook, and leave one valid ID as collateral. The ID will be returned upon the return of the borrowed items. (Do not use a borrowing receipt.)
- Administrative and Academic Units at NCU: Bring a borrowing receipt to Health Center and fill out the borrower logbook.
Epidemic Prevention Equipment Borrowing
- Eligible Borrowers: Faculty, staff, and students in NCU.
- Borrowing and Return Times: Borrowing can be done starting 3 days before the event, and items must be returned the day after the event.
- Borrowing Procedures:
- Student Organizations: Bring the approved activity form to Health Center, fill out the borrower logbook, and leave one valid ID as collateral. The ID will be returned upon the return of the borrowed items. (Do not use a borrowing receipt.)
- Administrative and Academic Units at NCU: Bring a borrowing receipt to Health Center and fill out the borrower logbook.
4. Medical and epidemic prevention equipment borrowing receipts must be downloaded and used.
5. For borrowing an thermal imaging camera: Please call Health Center to reserve at least two weeks in advance (ext. 57275). The equipment is only available for large-scale events with more than 200 participants. The borrowing unit must complete the required training at least 3 days prior to the event.
