1. Human Factors Hazard Prevention Program

In accordance with Article 6 of Occupational Safety and Health Act and Article 324-1 of Occupational Safety and Health Facilities Regulations, this program aims to prevent awkward postures caused by prolonged work or repetitive tasks performed in specific positions, which may increase the risk of musculoskeletal injuries and disorders.

I. For office workers experiencing shoulder and neck pain, on-site health services can provide improvement suggestions related to desk height, monitor position, and other ergonomic factors.

II. For jobs with high repetition or heavy lifting, human factors assessment tools can be utilized to evaluate ergonomic hazard risks and implement improvements accordingly.

2. Abnormal Workload Disease Prevention Program

Based on Article 6 of Occupational Safety and Health Act and Article 324-2 of Occupational Safety and Health Facilities Regulations, this program seeks to avoid employee burnout caused by prolonged working hours, shift work, and high-stress environments that lead to abnormal workloads.

I. Employees with hypertension or diabetes who work excessive overtime hours will be assessed to determine the risk of work-related cardiovascular disease. Medical advice or limitations on overtime will be provided based on their conditions to prevent the onset of cardiovascular-related diseases.

II. In stressful work environments, if employees exhibit high burnout levels, appropriate work or medical recommendations will also be provided to prevent burnout.

3. Workplace Illegal Acts Prevention Program

According to Article 6 of Occupational Safety and Health Act and Article 324-3 of Occupational Safety and Health Facilities Regulations, this Program aims to prevent workplace violence, including physical violence, psychological violence, sexual harassment, and sexual assault. Preventive measures against verbal, psychological, and physical violence will be implemented, along with establishing a reporting mechanism within the school to address and resolve illegal acts promptly.

I. In cases of workplace bullying, a reporting mechanism will be established for early notification and resolution. On-site health service physicians will assist with subsequent counseling and work adjustments.

II. If the work environment poses risks of illegal acts, preventive measures must be implemented.

III. In cases involving violations of Stalking and Harassment Prevention Act, appropriate action must be taken, including actively contacting law enforcement for investigation.

4. Maternal Health Protection Program

In accordance with Articles 30 and 31 of Occupational Safety and Health Act, measures will be taken to protect female workers engaged in work that poses risks to maternal health. This includes hazard assessment and control, physician consultations, risk classification management, job suitability arrangements, and other relevant measures to protect the health of female employees during pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, the year postpartum, and breastfeeding.

I. For pregnant women, if the workplace exposes them to noise, ionizing radiation, or certain hazardous chemicals, maternal health risks will be assessed based on environmental measurement values. If the concentration of chemical exposure in the air exceeds half of the permissible exposure limit, various engineering controls, such as substitution, process improvement, or increased ventilation, will be implemented. If improvements are not feasible, female employees will be informed of potential hazards and their work will be adjusted accordingly.

II. In the case of shift work during pregnancy, especially night shifts, strict prohibitions will be enforced, and day shifts will be preferred.
