113 Academic Year "Smoke-Free Life, Healthy Life" Campus Smoking Cessation Program

Activity Target

1. Open to students and faculty/staff who smoke and are willing to quit smoking (participants who previously succeeded in quitting smoking and received rewards are not eligible for additional rewards).
2. Enrollment: 10-15 participants.

Activity Details

1. Dates: April 29, 2025 – May 29, 2025
2. Time: Every Tuesday, 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
3. Location: Student Affairs Office, 2nd Floor Meeting Room or Lounge

Reward System

1. Students: Successful smoking cessation (no smoking until the 12th week after the course ends, CO level within 0-6 PPM, full attendance for 5 sessions) will receive a NT$3,000 FamilyMart gift card.
2. Faculty/Staff: Successful smoking cessation (same criteria) will receive a certificate of achievement.
3. Learning Hours: 5 weeks, 2 hours per week, attendance is verified.
4. Registration Deadline: By 12:00 PM, April 24, 2025
