Please Complete New Student Health Exam Before October 18, 2024

Please refer to the attachment for instructions on scheduling your new student health exam at the designated medical facilities.

The health exam must be completed by October 18, 2024. Your student ID will not be issued until the health exam is done.

If you undergo the health exam at a non-designated facility, you must submit an official health report to Health Center as to finalize the

registration and health exam verification.
