Blood Pressure Monitoring 722 Principle ~ For individuals aged 18 and above, once a year:

"7": Measure blood pressure for seven consecutive days.

"2": Take measurements twice a day—once in the morning after waking up and once in the evening before bed.

"2": Take two readings each time.
