2025 Faculty Fitness & Health Program — “Stay Fit, Stay Strong!”

Registration Announcement

Dear NTU Faculty and Staff,

We’re excited to announce that the 2025 Fall Semester Faculty Fitness & Body Management Program is now open for registration! Limited spots are available — don’t miss out!

What Is Physical Fitness?

Physical fitness refers to the body’s ability to perform daily tasks, enjoy leisure activities, and respond effectively to unexpected situations. This depends on the healthy function of your organs and systems — including the heart, lungs, blood vessels, and muscles.

Regular exercise helps release endorphins, improves mood, relieves stress, boosts circulation and cardiorespiratory function, and lowers the risk of cardiovascular disease, cancer, depression, and dementia. It also helps in managing weight effectively.
