✅ Diet Recommendations

  • Protein for immunity & recovery: chicken, salmon, soy products, milk
  • Key nutrients for immune support:
  • Zinc: red meat, nuts, whole grains
  • Vitamin A: sweet potato, pumpkin
  • Vitamin C: guava, kiwi, green peppers
  • Vitamin D: eggs, sun-dried mushrooms
  • Vitamin E: avocado, nuts, whole grains
  • Omega-3: mackerel, salmon, flaxseed oil, walnuts
  • Choose light & easy-to-digest foods: congee, steamed eggs, toast
  • Stay hydrated:
  • Adults: body weight (kg) × 30–35 ml/day
