Event Overview:
Due to stress, lack of exercise, or sitting at a computer all day, neck pain, shoulder, arm, and wrist discomfort become common. Muscle stiffness can affect blood circulation, leading to fatigue, cold limbs, and overall body aches. In this session, Teacher Xiaoqiu Peng will teach you how to relieve shoulder and neck pain through simple exercises.
